eGift Cards will be delivered to the Bulk Purchased eGift Cards table in the My Account dashboard to be assigned to recipients.
Details
- Each eGift Card message must not exceed 240 characters, including spaces and punctuation. Messages exceeding this limit in CSV uploads will be truncated.
- The eGift Card message must be entered as one line of text. Do not put breaks for multiple lines in the cell.
- The CSV file must be filled out exactly as downloaded for the order to process correctly. Please ensure there are no blank fields or special characters in the To and From name fields.
- Do not delete headers from the CSV fields.
- Any changes to the CSV file to send to multiple people will need to be deleted and re-uploaded.
- Click on the trashcan icon to delete the uploaded CSV file link.
- Click on Upload CSV link to upload new file.
- To order more than 300 eGift cards please upload CSV file with first 300 recipients and add to cart, then upload subsequent files with additional eGift card recipients.
